As a designer at a Fortune 500 company, I set standards for design repositories, created prototypes to communicate design decisions, worked with the existing design system, maintained a component repository, created templates for research reports, showcased the end-to-end experience, and researched pain points of care managers.

I created new design layouts that adhered to the company's existing design system. This involved using the system's principles and components to create layouts that were consistent with the company's branding and user interface. I used principle design methods to create a hierarchy of components in the company's Figma library.
This involved using principles such as contrast, alignment, and proximity to create a visually appealing and easy-to-use library. I assisted with and conducted user research and usability studies. This involved writing out scripts, composing studies in Airtable, and utilizing UserZoom to conduct interviews.
